This 900 sq. ft. office for a real estate advisory firm is conceived as a spatial translation of its young leadership’s energy and ambition. The design begins with a restrained, minimal shell, allowing materiality, contrast, and lighting to progressively define a more expressive workspace. A monochromatic palette anchors the space, with bespoke furniture in black establishing a strong visual rhythm across the floor plate. Clean, linear geometries are reinforced through sharp detailing and accentuated by layered lighting with sculptural fixtures to create depth and drama. A contemporary stained glass partition subtly defines and divides the cabins from the open workspace, balancing privacy with visual continuity while introducing a subtle play of light. The office is further personalized with curated photographs and a map of Bombay, highlighting the client’s journey and their connection to the city.
